Website portals like Zillow and Realtor.com offer an estimate of your home's value based on computer algorithms. We have found that these these estimates can vary significantly. We have seen time and time again that the computer-generated estimates do not align with the true value of the home and should not be relied upon for accuracy.
 

Algorithms simply can't take into account all the variables involved in pricing your home. A real person needs to gather current data and evaluate the features of your home, the quality of finishes, and recent and comparable sales in the immediate area in order to come up with an accurate estimate of your home's value.
